Returns Policy

Returns

Customers in the United Kingdom have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection regulations.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

  • photos of the packaging (if applicable)

This helps us resolve your request as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs may not be refunded unless required by applicable consumer protection laws or if:

  • the item arrived damaged

  • an incorrect item was supplied

  • the product was faulty

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • damaged items

  • incorrect products

  • manufacturing defects

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • used baby products

  • opened hygiene-related items

  • personalised products

  • gift cards
