Refund Eligibility

Customers within the United Kingdom may request a refund within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection regulations.

  • To be eligible for a refund:

  • the item must be unused and in its original condition

  • the item must be returned in its original packaging

proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain baby care products may not be eligible for refund once opened or used.

 

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • processing times may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our support team will assist you as quickly as possible.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items may not be eligible for refund:

  • used products

  • opened hygiene-related items

  • personalised products

  • gift cards

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item is damaged

  • the wrong product was sent

  • the item is faulty

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.
